Should you wish to use these papers for printing they are in tile format and can be used in PSP as fill patterns.

To convert them to print size papers open an image of 3600 x 3600 and fill with the pattern.

The grunge overlay can be used on the papers as they are by adding the overlay as a new layer and merging the layers, or if on a full size printable paper by adding a new layer, selecting all the image area and pasting into the selection before merging layers.
